Last Friday, Morgan went with a friend and his friend to get Salmon. He did this last year also. They go up to a place called Roarin' Judy's and there the people have milked the salmon for their eggs and then they give the salmon away. So, Morgan got up at 2am to meet his friend at 3am to drive up and get the salmon. They are at the front of the line, but this year.. the line is SOOOO long that they only get 5 salmon. Since they were at the front of the line, they were able to get 5 more salmon. They make the long drive home and then still have to clean and store the fish. We usually "can" the fish... it's just the easiest way to store it for us. I did tell Morgan it would be nice to freeze some, so we could have salmon steaks to grill or whatever. Morgan got home and was dealing with the fish and he found out that he got 11 fish!! COOL!

There are more fish to be given away over the next 4 weekends, so Morgan says he might get to go back up! Yay for free food!!
