Couponing, Saving, Sweepstakes, Points Programs Revisited....

Since the last time I wrote a post that put all of this stuff in one place, I have moved. I have added some new programs, blogs that I read and get info from, etc. So, I thought I would write another post to put all of these in one place... to share with my friends!! : ) First of all... you may want to set up a FREE HOTMAIL or YAHOO or GMAIL account for all these programs/sweeps. This will be an account you don't mind recieving "junk" in, and it won't mess up your regular email. Programs that I do for points to trade in for Gift Cards/Cash : MyPoints : This is my all time fave program. It's easy and does NOT take a lot of time. Transformed By Tough Times by Steve Reed, an interview

A book about tough times usually implies that the author has had some personal experiences that connect to that topic. Where did the book start for you? In college, I was a kicker and punter at Oklahoma State University under a demanding head coach, Jimmy Johnson. (Football fans might recognize him as the coach for two college national championships in the 80’s and a couple of Super Bowls in the 90’s for the Dallas Cowboys). Just playing for Coach Johnson was tough enough, but my sophomore year, I got my knee bent backwards in a Junior Varsity game in Lincoln, Nebraska. When surgery and rehab efforts didn’t get me back to playing football, I eventually had to hang up the cleats. Looking back now, that experience made me more aware of how other people dealt with adversity and caused me to pay more attention to how I could respond when faced with tough times. The Ellie Claire Art Journals... a review:

I was recently given the opportunity to check out The Ellie Claire Art Journals for review and I was so excited to check them out!! When I opened the package and pulled them out I got even more excited. They are beautiful on the outside and my first favorite thing is--look! Two of them have a pen/pencil holder on the spine!! I LOVE that!! Look at the fronts of these books though: I started looking through the Illuminate Your Story Journal and I was amazed by the beauty and detail of this book. First, of course, comes the introduction that includes a History of Illuminated Letters (who knew there were so many different styles??). This history gives the name of the letter style, an example and a brief history which is very informative and well written.
